Cancellation Policy

 

 We fully understand that travel plans may change for many different reasons. Keeping that in mind, Black Tie   Transportation has a simple service cancellation policy. Just give us a call at least 24 hour prior to your pick-up time and receive a full refund. The process usually takes between 3-5 business days.

 If you don't show up at the pick-up location or fail to request an appointment cancellation at least 24 hour prior to   your pick-up time, we will not able to refund your payment or your deposit.

Wheelchair Accessibility & Zero Tolerance Policy                                                                                                   

THE BLACK TIE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ACCORDING TO THE CITY OF DALLAS ORDINANCE SEC. 47 A - 2.4.4 WHEN A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE IS REQUESTED, WE PROVIDE A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE TO HELP OUR CLIENTS WITH OUT ANY UNREASONABLE DELAY.                                                                                                                                 

 

THE BLACK TIE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES ACCORDING TO THE CITY OF DALLAS ORDINANCE SEC. 47 A - 2.1.6 HAS ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES, WE WILL NOT TOLERATED ANY USE OF INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES WHILE EMPLOYED WITH OUR COMPANY & EMPLOYEES MUST SUBMIT A DRUG TEST PRIOR TO HIRING.
